The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) invites customers of LP Waterworks, Inc. (LP) to a customer meeting on Tuesday, February 26, to discuss the utility’s petition for a rate change. Customers can comment on LP’s proposed rates and any quality of service issues at the meeting.
The last PSC staff-assisted rate case for this system occurred in 2016. LP provides water service to approximately 440 customers and wastewater service to approximately 390 customers in Highlands County.
