Florida Leaders to Join Sen. Book at 42+ Hour Walk in Honor of Child Sexual Abuse Survivors

WHAT: Lauren’s Kids is holding a “42 Hours for 42 Million” advocacy walk at the Florida Capitol April 2 – 4. Some of the state’s top leaders will join Senator Lauren Book along with survivors, advocates and community members in a 42+ hour walk to honor the more than 42 million survivors of child sexual abuse who live in the United States. The three-day event will launch with a press conference, and the Historic Capitol will be lit teal both nights to commemorate National Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
