Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jimmy Patronis sent a letter to Congressional leadership (Leader Mitch McConnell, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Leader Chuck Schumer, Leader Kevin McCarthy) today requesting immediate action on the passage of a Hurricane Michael relief bill to aid in the recovery efforts for the Florida Panhandle. It has been over six months since the Category 5 storm made landfall and impacted areas still do not have congressional relief dollars.

CFO Patronis will be joined the following statewide officials, as well as the legislative delegation of the counties impacted by Hurricane Michael, at a press conference this afternoon (Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 2 p.m. EDT) to call on Congressional leadership to act immediately to provide much needed funding for the Florida Panhandle as they recover:
