Exit 111A to Deltona Closed 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. June 24-26

In conjunction with improvements to the Interstate 4 (I-4) and Saxon Boulevard interchange (Exit 111), the westbound I-4 off ramp to eastbound Saxon Boulevard (Exit 111A) will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Wednesday, June 24-26.

The closure is needed to install new guardrail for improved safety. The work is part of a project to resurface I-4 from west of Saxon Boulevard to east of State Road 472, and to improve safety and operations at the Saxon Boulevard interchange.

During the ramp closure, traffic will be directed to stay on westbound I-4 and exit onto Dirksen Drive (Exit 108) to return to Saxon Boulevard using eastbound I-4 (see map attached).

Electronic message boards are in place to alert drivers of the closure. Please note schedules may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Media inquiries should be directed to the FDOT Communications Office at [email protected] or by phone at 386-943-5479. Project information is also available online at CFLRoads.com.

FDOT urges all drivers to stay alert and use caution while driving through or near construction zones. When driving, walking, or bicycling, remember to pay attention and follow the rules. Safety doesn’t happen by accident.
