West Highbanks Road in Debary will be closed at the railroad crossing from 8 p.m. Saturday, June 29, until 8 p.m. Sunday, June 30. SunRail will be upgrading the crossing, which improves safety for both motor vehicles and train traffic.
Travelers will need to use Fort Florida Road and U.S. 17/92 (Charles Richard Beall Boulevard) to detour around the work zone. Detour route signage will be placed at key locations in the area to direct drivers. A detour map can be found here. Please note that schedules may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
