What: The installation of speed humps at St. Armands Circle (SR 789), originally slated to start July 8, has been postponed due to inclement weather. Work on the speed humps will begin Monday, July 15. Nighttime/overnight lane closures from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. are expected.
