Enterprise Florida, Inc. (EFI) today announced the launch of the Export Concierge Service, the latest addition to a portfolio of programs aimed at increasing export opportunities for Florida-based businesses.
The Export Concierge Service provides an array of services – from customized market research to business matchmaking and appointment setting with prospective partners and distributors. The service will be delivered by EFI’s foreign office network in Europe. It includes partner searches and assistance with market entry and expansion in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux states.
“Fifteen percent of Florida’s export sales globally are going to Europe and the trend has been going upward,” said Manny Mencia, senior vice president of international trade and development for EFI. “This Export Concierge Service delivers a key to new opportunities, especially for small businesses.”
While some of the services are fee-based, qualified small businesses can apply for reimbursement of the business matchmaking package, which includes up to three days of pre-scheduled meetings. Interested companies are encouraged to contact their local trade manager for more details, click here.
