Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints Five to the Government Efficiency Task Force

Governor Ron DeSantis today announced the appointments of Sal Nuzzo, Tarren Bragdon, Jonathan Satter, Keith Wold and Ed Moore to the Government Efficiency Task Force.

Sal Nuzzo
Nuzzo, of Tallahassee, is the vice president of policy and the director of the Center for Economic Prosperity at the James Madison Institute. Previously, he served in policy consulting roles with MGT of America and Evergreen Solutions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and public policy from Florida State University.

Tarren Bragdon
Bragdon, of Ave Maria, is the chief executive officer at the Foundation for Government Accountability. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, the Boston Globe and the New York Times and his research has been published by the Heritage Foundation and the Manhattan Institute. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Maine and his master’s degree in business from Husson University.

Jonathan Satter
Satter, of North Palm Beach, is the Secretary of the Florida Department of Management Services, a role he has held since February 2019. Previously, he served as the managing director of U.S. Operations for Avision Young, a commercial real estate services firm. He received his bachelor’s degree from Rollins College and his master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Keith Wold
Wold, of Boca Raton, is an attorney and private investor. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1980 and the New York Bar since 1982. He has practiced maritime law and was involved in the founding of the Broward County Environmental Coalition and the Tampa Bay Environmental Coalition. He earned his bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Arizona, his juris doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and his master’s of law in maritime law from the University of Miami.

Ed Moore
Moore, of Tallahassee, is the president of the Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida. He also serves as the executive director of the Higher Education Facilities Finance Authority and the chief executive officer of the Florida Independent College Fund, a non-profit organization. Moore earned his bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctorate degree from Florida State University.
