Attorney General Ashley Moody issued the following statement in recognition of Patriot Day and in remembrance of the lives lost in the 9/11 terrorist attacks:

Out of the ashes of these tragic attacks, Americans from all walks of life united to remind the world of our resolve to always stand against evil and hatred. Today, we continue to honor the lives that were taken and the brave first responders that risked everything to save fellow Americans. Never Forget.”
