Saint Leo University Joins the Complete Florida Network
Complete Florida, a state-funded program that helps adults return to college to complete their degrees, is excited to announce a new partnership with Saint Leo University. The goal of this collaboration with colleges and universities across the state allows Complete Florida to provide opportunities for more adults throughout the state and encourages them to earn online degrees they need to enhance their careers.
“With its outstanding record of student success, Saint Leo University plays a crucial role in helping returning adults earn life-changing post-secondary degrees,” said Dr. Michelle Horton, director of Complete Florida. “We are eager to begin this partnership, which will benefit potential students throughout our state.”
Saint Leo is the oldest Catholic institution of higher education in Florida and welcomes students of all faiths. It currently serves more than 19,500 students each year. Saint Leo is also one of the nation’s leading providers of higher education to the U.S. military. Active-duty service members, veterans and family members from around the world earn affordable, accessible degrees at its residential campus, through online programs and at education centers across the country.
“As a pioneer in online education and as a leading provider of higher education to the U.S. military, Saint Leo has a proven history of supporting non-traditional learners,” said Dr. Jeffrey Senese, president. “Saint Leo is proud to partner with Complete Florida. Together, we can provide access to high quality, higher-education and enable successful degree completion through a student-centered experience.”
Saint Leo’s 100 percent online programs will include five associate degrees and 25 bachelor’s degrees that prepare students to take advantage of growing career opportunities in a variety of in-demand fields. We look forward to our partnership with Saint Leo and offering these new degree programs to our students.
