Governor Ron DeSantis today announced the reappointment of Hector Vila to the Florida Board of Medicine.
Hector Vila
Vila, of Tampa, is a founding partner at Pediatric Dental Anesthesia. He was appointed to the Florida Board of Medicine in 2016 and subsequently elected vice-chair. He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and his doctor of medicine from Louisiana State University. He completed his residency and advanced training at the University of South Florida. Vila is reappointed to a four-year term.
This reappointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
