EB I-4 Exit Ramp to South Street Closing on Nov. 15 and 16

Posted on November 15, 2019

Closure scheduled to begin as soon as 10 p.m. on Friday and end by 9 p.m. on Saturday

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is temporarily closing the eastbound Interstate 4 (I-4) ramp to South St. (Exit 82B) as soon as 10 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, and reopening it by 9 p.m. the following day.

The continuous closure is necessary for bridge work.

The detour for this closure is to take the shared ramps to Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441/17-92) and Kaley Avenue (Exit 80), stay left to continue to the Kaley Avenue exit ramp, at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Kaley Avenue, turn left onto Orange Avenue and continue to South Street.

View or download a handout detailing this closure and detour map at: fdot.tips/2pQvhvO.

Modifications or extensions to the schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work zone.
