Governor Ron DeSantis today issued his 2020 budget proposal. House Democratic Leader Kionne L. McGhee (D- Cutler Bay) issued the following statement:
“It is absolutely critical that we give teachers and school staff raises this year. This is the number one priority of the Florida House Democrats. We look forward to working with Governor DeSantis and our Republican colleagues to craft a budget that includes raises for our educators.”
