Helping Adults to Return to College

Posted on March 3, 2020

Lynn University Joins the Growing Complete Florida Network

Complete Florida, a state-funded program helping adults return to college to complete their degree, is excited to welcome Lynn University to its growing network of colleges and universities. Complete Florida partners with higher education institutions throughout the state to provide opportunities for adults in Florida to return to return to college to earn online degrees that enhance their careers.

“We welcome Lynn and its commitment to student success,” said Dr. Michelle Horton, director of Complete Florida. “Having them as part of the network will bolster Complete Florida’s ability to offer post-secondary pathways to completion for adults who want to finish what they started or explore something entirely new. Such flexibility is vital in our current economy, because our state’s educational and workforce demands constantly evolve.”

Lynn’s iPad-powered learning program creates an affordable and flexible way for students to complete their degree. The university offers online bachelor’s degrees in business, criminal justice, psychology, communication, aviation, education and other online degree options. “We understand the needs of students with obligations outside of the classroom and that sets our online and graduate programs apart from others,” said Steven Pruitt, director of graduate and online admission at Lynn. “Our faculty are committed to student success, and we’ve invested in technology to make a Lynn education accessible.”
