The Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) today issued an emergency order to extend certain filing deadlines, occurring in March and April 2020.
Certain filing deadlines for mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders, money service businesses, and securities businesses and professionals occurring in March and April 2020, are extended for a period of 45 days.
Certain filing deadlines for state trust companies, registered family trust companies, state-chartered banks, and credit unions in March and April 2020, are extended for a period of 45 days.
Certain filing deadlines for state banks, credit unions, international branches and international bank agencies in March 2020, are extended for a period of 30 days.
