In acknowledgment of his ability to work effectively with the South Florida business community, Senator Jose Javier Rodriguez (D-Miami) has been endorsed by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida.
“Senator Rodriguez has always had an open door for our members and for the industry,” said Carol Bowen, chief advocate for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida East Coast Chapter. “He understands that construction employs more than 500,000 people statewide and is a top economic driver for the state. By working together, we can shape policies that will have a long and positive impact for Floridians for years to come.”
The Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida represents more than 2,500 General and Specialty Contractors, Associate, and Supplier members, making them the largest Commercial Construction Association in the state.
Senator Jose Javier Rodriguez shared, “Since my first election to the Florida Legislature, I pledged to work with a wide range of stakeholders to tackle the many challenges our communities face in South Florida. Today, I am honored to have the support of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida in my re-election campaign as it is a testament to our ability to work together on critical issues and find common ground on important public policies.”
