Governor Ron DeSantis today received the following bills from the Florida Legislature.

The Governor has until June 30, 2020 to act on these bills:

  • CS/CS/SB 70 – Alert Systems in Public Schools
  • CS/SB 72 – Higher Education
  • CS/CS/SB 78 – Transportation-related Facility Designations
  • CS/CS/SB 124 – Custody of Minor Children by Extended Family
  • SB 172 – Florida Drug and Cosmetic Act
  • CS/CS/SB 178 – Public Financing of Construction Projects
  • CS/CS/SB 404 – Abortion
  • CS/CS/SB 406 – Public Records
  • CS/CS/SB 410 – Growth Management
  • CS/CS/CS/SB 664 – The Verification of Employment Eligibility
  • CS/CS/SB 712 – Environmental Resource Management
  • CS/SB 952 – The Senior Management Service Class
  • CS/SB 1056 – The PACE Center for Girls
  • SB 1092 – Fire Prevention and Control
  • SB 1116 – Trust Funds
  • CS/CS/SB 1118 – Inmate Welfare Trust Funds

  • CS/HB 333 – Bail Pending Appellate Review
  • CS/HB 675 – Exposure of Sexual Organs
  • CS/CS/HB 1039 – Transportation Network Companies
  • HB 7005 – A Review Under the Open Government Sunset Review Act
  • HB 7023 – A Review Under the Open Government Sunset Review Act
