Governor Ron DeSantis today announced the appointments of Alexander Bokor to the Third District Court of Appeal and Joshua Riba to the Sixth Circuit Court.
Alexander Bokor
Bokor, of Miami, has been a Judge for the Eleventh Circuit Court since 2018. He previously served as a Judge for the Miami-Dade County Court. He received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Bokor fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Vance Salter.
Joshua Riba
Riba, of Safety Harbor, has been a Judge for Pinellas County Court since 2016. He previously served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Circuit. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. Riba fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Dee Anna Farnell.
