M-CORES Draft Task Force Reports Available for Public Comment

Posted on September 29, 2020

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has posted the Multi-use Corridors of Regional Economic Significance (M-CORES) draft Task Force reports online for public comment starting Tuesday, September 29 through Wednesday, October 14.

Members of the public who wish to provide comments may do so in the following ways:

  • Visit FloridaMCORES.com and fill out the online form provided
  • Download the online form and mail comments to 605 Suwannee St., MS 54, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0450

Public engagement continues to be a vital part of the M-CORES program. Public comments on the reports that are received by October 14 will be compiled and provided to the Task Force teams. The public input and draft reports will be discussed at the October Task Force meetings where the recommendations will be finalized for each corridor. The Florida Legislature charged each Task Force with providing recommendations and evaluations in a final report by November 15, 2020. The report recommendations will guide the Florida Department of Transportation in its subsequent study phases through the implementation of high-level needs, guiding principles, and instructions.
