As results of the State Senate District 37 election continue to be updated, Christian Ulvert shared:
“Overnight, Sen. Rodriguez netted an additional 3 votes, with the gap narrowing to 18. The process will continue today with the Elections Department reviewing outstanding provisional ballots and vote by mail ballots being cured. The very best of our democracy is being witnessed as voters are having their votes count and their voices heard in the electoral process.”

Thursday, November 5: The Supervisor of Elections and the canvassing board will review all outstanding provisional ballots.
Friday, November 6: The Supervisor of Elections and the canvassing board will review all vote by mail cures ahead of the final result certification.
Monday/Tuesday, November 9 & 10: The Supervisor of Elections will likely move forward with scheduling the machine and manual recount of ballots cast in SD37
