Traffic Advisory: Westbound I-4 From Michigan Street to Orange Blossom Trail Closing Overnight November 6

Posted on November 6, 2020

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is closing westbound Interstate 4 (I-4) from Michigan Street to Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441/17-92) and the westbound I-4 entrance ramps from Kaley Avenue and Gore Street as soon as 10 p.m. Friday, November 6, to 7 a.m. Saturday, November 7.

The closures are necessary for a minor shift of the westbound I-4 lanes through the area and to install an overhead sign.

Traffic will be detoured off the interstate for this closure. Please view or download this handout for details about the closures and detours.

Media inquiries should be directed to the FDOT Communications Office at [email protected] or by phone at 386-943-5473.

Modifications or extensions to these schedules may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are encouraged to follow @I4Ultimate on Twitter or visit I4Ultimate.com for updates.
