Ahead of the weekend, motorists should anticipate nighttime full closures on Interstate 4 (I-4) and State Road (S.R.) 408 for various construction activities.
The closures include eastbound and westbound I-4 in Seminole and Orange counties as well as westbound S.R. 408 in the downtown area. In addition, Colonial Drive will be closed in one direction under I-4 throughout much of the weekend.

Here are the forecasted major closures from December 10 to December 14:
- Eastbound I-4 from South Street to Colonial Drive (S.R.) 50 is scheduled to close as soon as 10 p.m. Friday, December 11, to 8 a.m. Saturday, December 12, for road work. Please view or download this handout for more details.
