“We applaud the House for passing this important and meaningful education reform, which is a significant step in the right direction. By expanding educational opportunities for children and providing parents the freedom to choose the educational path that best suits their child’s individual needs, we are moving closer to the goal of one day giving all parents this kind of flexibility through educational scholarships available to all children.”
