Americans for Prosperity-Florida State Director Skylar Zander today issued the following statement after the Florida House passed House Bill 7045, which is sponsored by the Appropriations Committee and the Education & Employment Committee and Representative Randy Fine. The bill would expand state scholarship access and streamline education options for families.
“For Florida’s children to have a real shot at academic success, we must offer an education system that works for all of them. Each child has unique educational needs, and parents should have the freedom and flexibility to meet the particular needs that will allow their children to thrive and succeed. House Bill 7045 increases education opportunities for all Florida families, and Americans for Prosperity applauds the Florida House for approving this meaningful legislation. We appreciate Rep. Randy Fine for his outstanding leadership on this important education reform.”
