EB I-4 Through Downtown Closing Overnight October 15

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will temporarily close eastbound Interstate 4 (I-4) between South Street and Amelia Street as soon as 11 p.m. October 15 to 5 a.m. October 16.

The eastbound I-4 entrance ramp from Anderson Street, and the eastbound and westbound State Road (S.R.) 408 ramps to I-4 will also close during this time frame, though as early as 10 p.m.

The closures are necessary to install overhead signs.

Schedules are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. All motorists are urged to avoid distractions, follow posted signage, and drive safely.
