Representative Dan Daley (D-Coral Springs) has filed HB 999 Educational Dollars for Duty Program. The Educational Dollars for Duty program (EDD) provides educational funding for Florida National Guard soldiers and airmen. This legislation expands the program by allowing service members to take online courses and covers a portion of the cost for courses taken out of state.
“Florida National Guard soldiers and airmen work hard, dedicating their lives to serving our great state. When we have the opportunity, we must find ways to give back to these men and women – this legislation does just that,” said Representative Dan Daley.
