On Thursday, March 9th , 2023, Senator’s Ana Maria Rodriguez, Ileana Garcia, Alexis Calatayud, and Bryan Avila will be hosting a press conference to publicly denounce 20 Cuban repressors who have recently arrived to the United States.
Hosting a press conference will assist the Senators’ efforts in bringing this matter to light. These 20 Cuban Repressors have posed a threat to not only Florida, but several other states within our country. “By denouncing these individuals, we hope to display our commitment to protecting Floridians and beyond. By demonstrating actions, consistent with our values, we will continue to work alongside individuals within our government to investigate and condemn threats that may harm our communities.” -Senator Ana Maria Rodriguez
The conference will be hosted on the 4 th floor of the Florida Capitol Rotunda, just outside the Senate Chambers. The press conference will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. EST.
