I drove straight here and yes, I want a picture.” In the midst of shock and laughter, Rowell shared with lottery officials that she was actually about to throw her Scratch-Off in the trash when an onlooker suggested she take a second look at her ticket.

Rowell purchased her winning ticket from Super Snead’s, located at 8022 Highway 90 in Sneads. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
