Meeting will be offered in multiple ways
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a public meeting regarding two projects on East Colonial Drive (State Road (S.R.) 50) on Wednesday, March 29, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the projects is to alleviate localized flooding at the intersection and adjacent properties along East Colonial Drive at Maguire Boulevard, as well as improve and reconstruct the traffic signal at that intersection.
The Department is offering multiple ways for the community to participate in the meeting. All participants, regardless of platform they choose, will participate in the same live meeting.
Virtual Option: Interested persons may join from a computer, tablet, or mobile device at 5:30 p.m. For this option, advance registration is required by visiting fdot.cc/SR50_Drainage_Improvements_registration. Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting online. Please use Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your internet browser to register and attend this webinar. If joining online, please allow adequate log-in time to view the presentation in its entirety.
Phone Option (Listen Only): Participants may join the meeting in listen-only mode by dialing 1-866-901-6455 and entering the passcode 354-949-640 when prompted.
In-Person Option: Participants may attend in person by going to The National Entrepreneur Center (located in the Orlando Fashion Square), 3201 E. Colonial Dr., Suite A-20, Orlando, FL 32803 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will include a presentation, followed by time to view exhibits and speak with project staff. If attending in person, please remember to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. If you are feeling unwell, please consider attending the meeting virtually or by phone.
