Meeting will be offered in multiple platforms
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a public meeting regarding project plans on State Road (S.R.) A1A from Grosse Pointe Avenue to Flug Avenue on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of this project is to provide sidewalk connectivity and enhance pedestrian safety.
The Department is offering multiple ways for the community to participate in the meeting. All participants, regardless of platform they choose, will participate in the same live meeting.
Virtual Option: Interested persons may join from a computer, tablet, or mobile device at 5:30 p.m. For this option, advance registration is required by visiting fdot.cc/A1A_Sidewalk_Improvements_Indialantic. Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting online. Please use Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your internet browser to register and attend this webinar. If joining online, please allow adequate log-in time to view the presentation in its entirety.
Phone Option (Listen Only): Participants may join the meeting in listen-only mode by dialing 1-877-309-2074 and entering the passcode 543-690-198 when prompted.
In-Person Option: Participants may attend in person by going to Melbourne Auditorium’s Main Hall, at 625 E. Hibiscus Blvd., Melbourne, Florida 32901.

In addition to the above project, a project team will be available at this public meeting with information about a newly proposed midblock crossings with a pedestrian activated signals on S.R. A1A just south of East Coral Way and just north of Watson Drive.
