The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a Commission Conference on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, following Internal Affairs to consider the proposed base rates and charges resulting from Florida City Gas’ (FCG) petition for a rate increase.
FCG petitioned the Commission in May 2022 to increase its base rates. A technical hearing was held in December 2022 for parties in the case to provide evidence and testimony to Commissioners and be cross-examined by all parties. In addition, five customer service hearings were held in September 2022, allowing FCG customers to testify before the Commission.
The Commission Conference is scheduled for the following time and location:
