The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) invites customers of Keen Sales, Rentals and Utilities, Inc. (Keen) to participate in a virtual customer meeting on Tuesday, May 23, at 6:00 p.m.
Keen owns and operates two water systems in Polk County—Keen Subdivision and Paradise Island—that provide service to 223 residential customers. In September 2022, Keen petitioned the PSC for an increase to its water rates.
The virtual customer meeting will allow customers of Keen to comment on its rate request and quality of service. Customer input will be considered when the Commission reviews the utility’s request.
Customers wanting to speak at the customer meeting may register in one of three ways:
- using the online registration form, available on the PSC’s website under Hot Topics on the home page and clicking on the Sign-up to Speak link;
- calling the PSC at 1-850-413-7080; or
- emailing the PSC at [email protected].
Registration will open at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 9, and the deadline to sign up is Thursday, May 18, at noon.
The virtual customer meeting is scheduled for the following time:
