Representative Marie Woodson (D-Hollywood) is set to host a panel, inviting the Haitian Diaspora and District 105 constituents to discuss Haiti’s proud heritage and solutions for a path forward. The panel will consist of University of Miami Professor, Dr. Guerda Nicolas, Florida International University Professor, Dr. Eduardo Gamarra, Speaker and Lecturer, Claude Louissant, and Miami Workers Center Executive Director, Santra Denis.
The panel will be moderated by Broward College Associate Dean, Rudy Jean- Bart and will take place on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 7 pm at the Broward College South Campus, 7200 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, Building 66- Room 139.
