The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) invites customers of Florida Community Water System, Inc. (FCWS) to participate in a virtual customer meeting on Tuesday, June 20, at 10:00 a.m.
In November 2022, FCWS petitioned the PSC for a revenue-neutral rate restructuring of the fourteen water and wastewater systems it owns in Brevard, Lake, and Sumter counties.
The virtual customer meeting will allow customers of FCWS to comment on its rate request and quality of service. Customer input will be considered when the Commission reviews the utility’s request.
Customers wanting to speak at the customer meeting may register in one of three ways:
- using the online registration form, available on the PSC’s website under Hot Topics on the home page and clicking on the Sign-up to Speak link;
- calling the PSC at 1-850-413-7080; or
- emailing the PSC at [email protected].
Registration will open at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, June 6, and the deadline to sign up is Friday, June 16, at noon.
The virtual customer meeting is scheduled for the following time:

10:00 a.m.
