Representative Chambliss today issued the following statement regarding the Hamas’ surprise attack on Israel:
“I am appalled to see the violent and unprovoked terror attacks carried out by Hamas on the State of Israel. Hamas’ indiscriminate murder of men, women and children alike serve as an alarming reminder of the necessity to stand by Israel and its citizens.
“I unequivocally condemn Hamas’ attacks and I pray for the victims and their families. As Israel is one of our greatest allies, I stand with them as they work tirelessly to repel the attackers.”
