State Farm® is proud to support the Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication (CHMC) at Florida State University (FSU). Their partnership underscores State Farm commitment to fostering diversity, education, and innovation in marketing communication. State Farm recognizes the importance of investing in the next generation of marketing professionals, and CHMC is honored and humbled by the generous support of State Farm to our exemplary students by providing a $13,500 grant for student scholarships at the Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication.
Nine students will be receiving $1,500 State Farm scholarships to pursue their Marketing Degree. Five scholarships will be awarded in the fall / winter of 2023 and four additional scholarships in the spring of 2024. Congratulations to the following five students receiving the first scholarships:

- Katherine Peralta (Graduate Student)
- Laila Alfares (Graduate Student)
- Christian Bejar (Undergraduate Student)
These students have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their studies, a passion for marketing communication, and a commitment to advancing diversity within the field. State Farm’s support will enable them to pursue their academic and professional goals, contributing to a more inclusive and innovative future for marketing.
