The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) invites customers of Royal Waterworks, Inc. (Royal) to participate in a virtual customer meeting on Monday, December 11, at 6:00 p.m.
Royal is a Class B water and wastewater utility providing service to 810 residential and 64 general service water and 410 residential and 64 general service wastewater customers in Broward County. In August, the utility filed an application with the PSC for a rate increase.
The virtual customer meeting will allow customers of Royal to comment on its rate request and quality of service. Customer input will be considered when the Commission reviews the utility’s request.
Customers wanting to speak at the customer meeting may register in one of three ways:
- using the online registration form, available on the PSC’s website under Hot Topics on the home page and clicking on the Sign-up to Speak link;
- calling the PSC at 1-850-413-7080; or
- emailing the PSC at [email protected].
Registration will open at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, November 27, and close on Friday, December 8, at noon.
The virtual customer meeting is scheduled for the following time:

6:00 p.m.
