PSC Schedules Customer Meeting for Pluris Wedgefield, LLC
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) invites customers of Pluris Wedgefield, LLC (Pluris) to participate in a customer meeting on Wednesday, January 24, at 10:00 a.m.
Pluris is a Class A utility providing water and wastewater service to 1,743 water customers and 1,711 wastewater customers in Orange County. In September, the utility filed an application with the PSC for water and wastewater rate increases.
The virtual customer meeting will allow customers of Pluris to comment on its rate request and quality of service. Customer input will be considered when the Commission reviews the utility’s request.
Customers wanting to speak at the customer meeting may register in one of three ways:
- using the online registration form, available on the PSC’s website under Hot Topics on the home page and clicking on the Sign-up to Speak link;
- calling the PSC at 1-850-413-7080; or
- emailing the PSC at [email protected].
Registration will open at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, January 11, and close on Monday, January 22, at noon.
The customer meeting is scheduled for the following time and location:
