PSC Customer Service Hearings Set for K W Resort Utilities

The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) invites customers of K W Resort Utilities Corp (KWRU) to participate in customer service hearings on the utility’s petition for a rate increase. The hearings, scheduled on May 15 and May 16 in Key West, allow customers to provide public comment on KWRU’s rate request.

Customer input will be taken into consideration when the Commission considers the utility’s request. KWRU filed a petition for a rate increase with the PSC on November 21, 2017. The utility provides wastewater service to approximately 1,865 customers in Monroe County.

Customer service hearings are scheduled for the following times and locations:

PSC Customer Service Hearings Set for Florida City Gas

The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) invites customers of Florida City Gas (FCG) to participate in customer service hearings on the utility’s petition for a rate increase. The hearings are scheduled on January 23 in Coral Gables and on January 24 in Port St. Lucie and Melbourne and allow customers to provide public comment on FCG’s rate request.
Customer input will be taken into consideration when the Commission considers the utility’s request. FCG filed a petition for a rate increase with the PSC on August 23, 2017. The utility provides natural gas service to approximately 108,000 retail customers across South Florida.

PSC Customer Service Hearings for Altamonte Springs and Lakeland

The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) invites customers of Utilities Inc. of Florida (Utilities, Inc.) to participate in customer service hearings in Altamonte Springs and Lakeland on the utility’s petition for a water and wastewater rate increase.  The hearings will allow customers to provide public comment on Utilities Inc.’s rate request. Customer input will be taken into consideration when the Commission considers this request.

In August 2016, Utilities Inc. filed a petition with the PSC to increase its water and wastewater rates. Utilities Inc. provides service to 27 systems in Charlotte, Highlands, Lake, Lee, Marion, Orange, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Seminole Counties.
