The Florida Lottery announces that Frank Caprio, 69, of Stuart, claimed a $2 million top prize in the FLORIDA 50X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his prize in a one-time, lump-sum of $1,600,000.00.

Caprio says his wife is more excited than he is, “We’re planning a trip to Italy. We want to see it all!”

Caprio purchased his winning ticket from Ben & John’s Shell located at 400 West Indiantown Road in Jupiter. The retailer will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
