The Gold Rush Is Back With Four New Scratch-Off Games from the Florida Lottery

Following the success of the newest $20 Scratch-Off game, $5,000,000 GOLD RUSH CLASSIC, today the Florida Lottery introduced the GOLD RUSH CLASSIC family of Scratch-Off games. The four new games range in price from $1 to $10, and feature more than $1.4 billion in cash prizes and more than 65 million winning tickets! All Lottery retailers are expected to have these new tickets in stock and available for purchase within 72 hours.

Jacksonville Woman Turns $5 into $500,000 After Playing Gold Rush Scratch-off Game

The Florida Lottery announces that Tenise Scott, 33, of Jacksonville, claimed a $500,000 top prize in the $500,000 GOLD RUSH Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. She purchased her winning ticket from Parental Food Mart, located at 1896 Parental Home Road in Jacksonville.

The $5 game, $500,000 GOLD RUSH, offers more than 7.5 million prizes ranging from 
$5 to $10,000 and 24 top prizes of $500,000. The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-4.23.

Scratch-Offs are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, generating more than $784 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in FY 2016-17, and comprising approximately 68 percent of ticket sales.

Kissimmee man wins top prize playing $600,000,000 GOLD RUSH Scratch-Off game

The Florida Lottery announces that Donald Williams, 56, of Kissimmee, claimed a $3 million top prize in the $600,000,000 GOLD RUSH Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
Williams chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $2,227,988.72. He purchased his winning ticket from Publix, located at 3839 Pleasant Hill Road in Kissimmee. The retailer will receive a $6,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $20 Scratch-Off game, $600,000,000 GOLD RUSH launched in September 2014. The overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.95.
