FDLE arrests Santa Rosa County man for child pornography
Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Aaron William Timm, 31, of 5310 Overbrook Drive in Milton, Florida, for 28 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
FDLE agents executed a search warrant at the residence on July 26, 2017, and the investigation determined that Timm had uploaded multiple child pornography images. The Search Warrant stemmed from two cyber tips received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding multiple child pornography images which were uploaded to Timm’s e-mail account.
Timm was booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail. Additional charges are pending a full forensic review of the items seized at the residence. The case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 1st Judicial Circuit.

Florida AMBER Alert Activation for Alanda McCoy out of Santa Rosa County
A Florida AMBER Alert has been issued for Alanda McCoy, a white female, 4 years old, 3 feet tall, 41 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, last seen in the area of the 6000 block of Berry Hill Road in Milton, who was last seen wearing a yellow spaghetti strapped tank top, a light colored skirt and blue flip flops.
The child may be in the company of William Kavchak, a white male, 27 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall, unknown weight, black hair, brown eyes. William goes by Billy. They may be traveling in a 2007, green Mercury Montego, Florida tag number Y53UNW. The vehicle may look light blue in color. There is a dent on the right front passenger bumper. The tail lights have plastic covers with silver lines on them. FDLE arrests Santa Rosa County man for child pornography
Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement today arrested Thurston Rivers, 46, of 4710 Keyser Lane in Milton, Florida, for three counts of Possession of Material Including Sexual Conduct by a Child. Also arrested at the address was David Dezman, 51, for Possession of a Firearm & Ammunition by a Convicted Felon.
FDLE special agents, with assistance from the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, Gulf Breeze Police Department, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, executed a search warrant at the residence on January 20, 2017, and the investigation determined that Rivers had downloaded and uploaded child pornography images.
Rivers and Dezman were booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail. The case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 1st Judicial Circuit.
