No Roads To Ruin Coalition At Capitol Thursday

Organizations and businesses from across Florida will gather together on Thursday, December 5, 2019 to announce a new coalition devoted to opposing and ultimately stopping all three proposed toll roads known as M-CORES, and will reveal campaign to address fatally flawed task force process.

WHO: Representatives of many of the dozens of coalition partners, including Bear Warriors United, Center for Biological Diversity, Conservancy of Southwest Florida, Farmworker Association of Florida, Florida Conservation Voters, Florida Policy Institute, Florida Springs Council, League of Women Voters of Florida, Physicians for Social Responsibility, Progress Florida, Save the Manatee Club, Sierra Club, and Young Leaders for Wild Florida.

WHEN: Thursday, December 5, 2019

Press conference will begin at 11:30 am sharp.

WHERE: Capitol Building Rotunda, plaza level, near the State Seal on the floor

Visuals will include a large crowd, posters, placards, and costumes.
