Law enforcement seeking the public’s help to solve this homicide
The Hallandale Beach Police Department and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced the remains found last week in Miami Gardens are those of Lynda Meier. The 40-year-old went missing on June 4, 2010, when she failed to pick up her mother for a doctor’s appointment. Investigators say her death was a homicide. Governor Rick Scott announced that Florida’s high school graduation rate has reached a 15-year high according to data released today by the Florida Department of Education.
