Multi-State Heroin Trafficker Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison
Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Office of Statewide Prosecution today secured the sentencing of a Florida man convicted of heroin trafficking. The Honorable Steven B. Whittington, Circuit Judge for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, sentenced defendant Joseph Walker to 25 years on trafficking in heroin 28 grams or more and 10 years concurrent on the sale or delivery of heroin. Accreditation team invites public comment on FDLE
Assessors with the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation (CFA) will visit FDLE beginning November 28 as part of the accreditation process. Assessors will examine FDLE’s policies, procedures, management, operations and support services in addition to conducting interviews and visiting offices.
