Pensacola man claims top prize in $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game

The Florida Lottery announces that Jason Spero, 47, of Pensacola, claimed a top prize in the $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $815,000.00.

Spero purchased his winning ticket from Circle T Food Store, located at 522 Northeast 3rd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $2 Scratch-Off game, $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE, launched in July 2017, and features more than 10 million winning tickets, including eight top prizes of $1,000 a week for life. The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-4.43.

Scratch-Offs are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, generating more than $784 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in FY 2016-17, and comprising approximately 68 percent of ticket sales.

Bristol woman claims top prize in $1000 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game

The Florida Lottery announces that Cynthia Sutton, 31, of Bristol, claimed a top prize in the $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $815,000.00.
Sutton purchased her winning ticket from Southern Express, located at 10694 Northwest State Road 20 in Bristol. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $2 Scratch-Off game, $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE, launched in July and features more than 10 million winning tickets, including eight top prizes of $1,000 a week for life. The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-4.43.

Tampa woman wins $1,000 a Week for Life playing CASH4LIFE Draw game

The Florida Lottery announces that Cheryl Rodgers, 55, of Tampa, claimed a $1,000 a Week for Life prize in the multi-state Draw game CASH4LIFE®. She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump sum payment of $1,000,000.
Rodgers purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 16041 Tampa Palms Boulevard West in Tampa. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning CASH4LIFE ticket.
The Lottery added CASH4LIFE to its portfolio of games in February. This popular multi-state game offers two lifetime prizes, with the chance to win $1,000 a Day for Life or $1,000 a Week for Life. Florida is the ninth state to join CASH4LIFE. Game sales are expected to raise millions of additional dollars for education in Florida and increase commissions to the Lottery’s more than 13,000 retailers.
The next CASH4LIFE drawing will be held tonight, August 28, 2017, at 9:00 p.m., ET at the New Jersey Lottery Headquarters studio. Live drawings may be viewed on www.livestream.com/CASH4LIFE, and at flalottery.com. CASH4LIFE winning numbers are also available at www.flalottery.com, at Florida Lottery retailers statewide, and by phone at (850) 921-PLAY. The Florida Lottery announces that Glamorous Cornelius, 62, of Apopka, claimed a top prize in the $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. She chose to receive her winnings in annual payments of $52,000 for the duration of her life, guaranteed for a minimum of 20 years.
Cornelius purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 1538 South Federal Highway in Delray Beach. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

Orlando woman claims first top prize in new $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game

The Florida Lottery announces that Barbara Snelling, 57, of Orlando, claimed a top prize in the $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $815,000.00.
Snelling purchased her winning ticket from Speedway Gas Station, located at 2655 South Kirkman Road in Orlando. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The new $2 Scratch-Off game, $1,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE, launched on July 3 and features more than 10 million winning tickets, including eight top prizes of $1,000 a week for life! The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-4.43.
Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 65 percent of ticket sales and generating more than $734 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in fiscal year 2015-16.
