$57,000 FANTASY 5 ticket set to expire

The Florida Lottery today announced that a FANTASY 5® top prize-winning ticket worth $57,997.90 remains unclaimed. The 180-day deadline to claim the top prize is Thursday, April 13, 2017, at midnight ET.
The winning FANTASY 5 numbers for the October 15, 2016, drawing were:

 08 – 12 – 16 – 24 – 25

The winning Quick Pick ticket was sold at Beverage Station, located at 4101 Okeechobee Road in Fort Pierce. Players who may have purchased a FANTASY 5 ticket at this retail location are encouraged to check their tickets for the October 15 drawing. 
While any Florida Lottery retailer can validate the winning ticket, the FANTASY 5 top prize must be claimed at a Florida Lottery district office or at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. Players can obtain additional information by calling the Lottery’s Customer Service Department at (850) 487-7787 or visiting the Florida Lottery’s website at www.flalottery.com.
FANTASY 5 is a pari-mutuel game in which players win the top prize by matching 5-of-5 winning numbers drawn in any order. Additionally, players win cash prizes or a free Quick Pick ticket by matching two, three or four of the numbers drawn in the official drawing for the date played. If there is no top prize winner, the money in the top prize pool rolls down and is shared among players who match 4-of-5 or 3-of-5 winning numbers.
Since the game’s inception, more than 708 million FANTASY 5 winners have won more than $4 billion in prizes. Of these, more than 51,000 players have won top prizes totaling more than $2.3 billion.

The Florida Lottery’s exciting play type, 1-OFF®, is available on PICK 2™ and PICK 5™purchases beginning today! With 1-OFF now available on all Florida PICK games, players have 356 more ways to win! The 1-OFF play type allows you to win by matching the winning numbers exactly or by being “1-OFF” any or all winning numbers.4.3.2017 1-off
PICK 2 1-OFF players have nine chances to win. Players who match their two numbers in exact order, or Straight order, win $25. Or, they have eight other ways to win $3, if their numbers are off by one higher or lower from the winning number.
PICK 5 1-OFF players have 243 chances to win. Players, who match their five PICK 5 numbers in exact order, or Straight order, win $25,000. Or have 242 other ways to win if their numbers are off by one higher or lower on any or all of the five digits. The 1-OFF prizes range from $75 – $500 depending on if they are off by one, two, three, four or five digits.
New PICK 2 and PICK 5 playslips are now available at retail locations statewide. All 1-OFF plays cost $1. Hialeah man wins top prize playing $1,000,000 CASHWORD Scratch-Off game

The Florida Lottery announces that Llidier Rodon Estevez, 44, of Hialeah, claimed a top prize in the $1,000,000 CASHWORD Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $760,000.00.

Rodon Estevez purchased his winning ticket from Tula Citgo, located at 4098 Palm Avenue in Hialeah. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $10 Scratch-Off game, $1,000,000 CASHWORD, launched on May 17, 2016 and features eight top prizes of $1 million and more than 2.9 million winning tickets. The overall odds of winning are one-in-3.39. 

Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 65 percent of ticket sales and generating more than $734 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in fiscal year 2015-16.

Pembroke Pines man wins top prize playing MONOPOLY $2,000,000 FLORIDA EDITION Scratch-Off game

The Florida Lottery announces that Walner Telfort, 54, of Pembroke Pines, claimed a top prizes in the MONOPOLYTM $2,000,000 FLORIDA EDITION Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,540,000.00.
Telfort purchased his winning ticket from Faster 7 Food Store, located at 1801 North 66th Avenue in Hollywood. The retailer will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $10 Scratch-Off game, MONOPOLY $2,000,000 FLORIDA EDITION, launched on July 5, and features more than $151 million in prizes, including eight top prizes of $2,000,000! The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-3.45.

Florida Lottery players are winning big with new CASH4LIFE Draw game

The Lottery announced today that Florida has become the first state to have two life changing $1,000 A Week for Life winners within the first six weeks of launching its newest Draw game, CASH4LIFE®.  Since the game launched on February 17, Florida has had 10 drawings with a total of $4.8 million in prizes and more than 600,000 winners statewide. Additionally, CASH4LIFE sales have generated $3.4 million for the state’s Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF).CASH4LIFE

“Our goal with introducing CASH4LIFE was to provide our players with new and exciting ways to win; increase commissions for our retailers; and raise millions of additional dollars for Florida’s students and schools,” said Lottery Secretary Tom Delacenserie. “We are happy that our players are enjoying the new game and that it’s creating winning moments for players statewide.”

The Florida Lottery announces that Walter Nelson, 68, of Okeechobee, claimed a $5 million prize in the $5,000,000 FLAMINGO MULTIPLIER Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.

Nelson chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3,671,280.00. He purchased his winning ticket from New Express Food Mart, located at 3621 Southeast 34th Avenue in Okeechobee.

The $20 game, $5,000,000 FLAMINGO MULTIPLER, launched in September 2015, and features more than 7.6 million winning tickets and more than $346 million in total cash prizes! The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-2.97.

St. Petersburg man claims $1 million prize in $10,000,000 FORTUNE Scratch-Off game

The Florida Lottery announces that Trung Nguyen, 55, of St. Petersburg, claimed a $1 million prize in the $10,000,000 FORTUNE Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $792,000.00.

Nguyen purchased his winning ticket from Lealman Chevron, located at 5801 34th Street North in St. Petersburg. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $25 Scratch-Off game, $10,000,000 FORTUNE, launched in February 2016, and features more than $623 million in total cash prizes, including 46 prizes of $1 million and four prizes of $10 million. The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-2.88.

The Florida Lottery announces that Mark Minter, 65, of Pompano Beach claimed a $1 million prize in the $10,000,000 WORLD CLASS CASH Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.

Minter chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $748,000.00. He purchased his winning ticket from Publix, located at 1405 South Federal Highway in Pompano Beach.

The $25 game, $10,000,000 WORLD CLASS CASH, launched on February 28 and features more than $549 million in total cash prizes, including two top prizes of $10 million and 46 prizes of $1 million! Overall odds of winning are one-in-2.89.

Instant cash prizes are springing up with the Florida Lottery's latest EZMATCH promotion

Just in time for spring, the Florida Lottery’s EZmatch™ promotion is back! For a limited time, players who add EZmatch™ to their FANTASY 5® or LUCKY MONEY™ purchases can win cash prizes of up to $1,000 instantly.
From Monday, March 20, through Sunday, April 30, 2017, the EZmatch top prize will double from $500 to $1,000 and the second prize from $250 to $500!  EZmatch players will also enjoy an increased minimum prize of $5, up from $2. Additionally, the number of $500 instant-win prizes will be increased throughout the six-week promotion.
EZmatch is an add-on feature that gives FANTASY 5 and LUCKY MONEY players the opportunity to win cash prizes instantly, for an additional $1 per play. When players add EZmatch to their FANTASY 5 or LUCKY MONEY purchase, five EZmatch numbers and instant prize amounts will be printed on the ticket. If any of the EZmatch numbers match any of the FANTASY 5 or LUCKY MONEY numbers on the ticket, the player instantly wins the prize amount shown. Players can win up to five times on a single ticket.
All EZmatch prizes of less than $600 can be redeemed at any Florida Lottery retailer. Prizes of $600 or more must be claimed at a Florida Lottery district office. The Florida Lottery today announced that a FANTASY 5® top prize-winning ticket worth $54,016.33 remains unclaimed. The 180-day deadline to claim the top prize is Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at midnight ET.
The winning FANTASY 5 numbers for the September 30, 2016, drawing were:

The winning free Quick Pick ticket was sold at Sunshine, located at 7191 Pembroke Road in Pembroke Pines. Players who may have purchased a FANTASY 5 ticket at this retail location are encouraged to check their tickets for the September 30 drawing.
