Miami man claims share of $1.6 million LUCKY MONEY jackpot

The Florida Lottery announces that Luis Gonzalez, 56, of Miami, claimed his $800,000 share of the $1.6 million LUCKY MONEY™ jackpot from the February 7, 2017, drawing at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. The other jackpot-winning ticket, also purchased in Miami, was claimed on February 13, 2017.
Gonzalez chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $585,612.51. He purchased his winning LUCKY MONEY ticket from Supertony Oil Inc., located at 13701 Southwest 42nd Street in Miami.
Total ticket sales for this LUCKY MONEY jackpot generated more than $1.75 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund.
The next LUCKY MONEY drawing will be tonight, February 28, 2017, at 11:15 p.m. ET, with a $700,000 jackpot. The LUCKY MONEY drawings are broadcast on 17 carrier stations throughout the state. Winning numbers are available on the Lottery website, at retailers statewide and by phone at (850) 921-PLAY.

KTC Enterprises Partnership claims $13 million FLORIDA LOTTO jackpot

The Florida Lottery announces that the Managing Partner of KTC Enterprises Partnership, Brian Tamoney, 63, of Boca Raton, claimed the $13 million FLORIDA LOTTO® jackpot from the drawing held on February 1, 2017.
KTC Enterprises Partnership chose to receive the winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $8,804,471.00. The jackpot-winning FLORIDA LOTTO Quick Pick ticket was purchased from Publix, located at 1968 Northeast 5th Avenue in Boca Raton. The retailer received a bonus commission of $65,000 for selling the jackpot-winning FLORIDA LOTTO ticket. Total ticket sales for this jackpot generated more than $11 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF).
The next FLORIDA LOTTO drawing will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at 11:15 p.m. ET, with a $9 million jackpot. FLORIDA LOTTO drawings are broadcast on 17 carrier stations throughout the state. Drawings are also available for viewing on the Florida Lottery website. Winning numbers are available on the Lottery website, at retailers statewide and by phone at (850) 921-PLAY.

$218,000 FANTASY 5 ticket set to expire

The Florida Lottery today announced that a FANTASY 5® top prize-winning ticket worth $218,465.68 remains unclaimed. The 180-day deadline to claim the top prize is Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at midnight ET.
The winning FANTASY 5 numbers for the September 16, 2016, drawing were: 

02 – 04 – 09 – 21 – 35           

The winning free Quick Pick ticket was sold at Discount Beverage, located at 304 U.S. Highway 17-92 North in Davenport. Players who may have purchased a FANTASY 5 ticket at this retail location are encouraged to check their tickets for the September 16 drawing. 
While any Florida Lottery retailer can validate the winning ticket, the FANTASY 5 top prize must be claimed at a Florida Lottery district office or at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. Players can obtain additional information by calling the Lottery’s Customer Service Department at (850) 487-7787 or visiting the Florida Lottery’s website at www.flalottery.com.
FANTASY 5 is a pari-mutuel game in which players win the top prize by matching 5-of-5 winning numbers drawn in any order. Additionally, players win cash prizes or a free Quick Pick ticket by matching two, three or four of the numbers drawn in the official drawing for the date played. If there is no top prize winner, the money in the top prize pool rolls down and is shared among players who match 4-of-5 or 3-of-5 winning numbers.
Since the game’s inception, more than 705 million FANTASY 5 winners have won more than $4 billion in prizes. Of these, more than 51,000 players have won top prizes totaling more than $2.3 billion.

The Florida Lottery announces that Sharon Halek, 60, of Cape Coral, claimed a top prize in the $500,000 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. She purchased her winning ticket from Circle K, located at 2808 Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral.
The new $5 Scratch-Off game, $500,000 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER, launched on January 17, and features more than $182.8 million in prizes, including 44 top prizes of $500,000. The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-3.98.
Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 65 percent of ticket sales and generating more than $734 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in fiscal year 2015-16.

The Florida Lottery announces that Richard Mizerski, 60, of Naples, claimed a $1 million prize in the $5,000,000 MONOPOLY™ FLORIDA EDITION Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $770,000.
“I can’t believe my good fortune,” Mizerski said. “I’m planning to use my winnings to travel and spend time with friends in different parts of the world.”
Mizerski purchased his winning ticket from Tollgate Shell, located at 3825 Tollgate Boulevard in Naples. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $20 Scratch-Off game, $5,000,000 MONOPOLY FLORIDA EDITION, launched in July 2016, and features more than $346 million in prizes, including six top prizes of $5,000,000 and 20 prizes of $1 million! The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-2.97.

The Florida Lottery announces that Haldane Allen, 45, of Cocoa, claimed the $550,000 LUCKY MONEY™ jackpot from the February 14, 2017, drawing at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
“I always play the same numbers, and for some reason this time I decided to switch it up,” said Allen. “That turned out to be the luckiest decision I’ve ever made!”
Allen chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $402,910.31. He purchased his winning LUCKY MONEY ticket from Sunshine Foodmart, located at 6570 North Harbor City Boulevard in Melbourne.
