The Florida Lottery announces that Melodee Mysel, 63, of Miami, claimed a $500,000 top prize in the EXTRA PLAY Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee, two years after claiming a $1 million prize playing the $10,000,000 FORTUNE Scratch-Off game.
