Governor Rick Scott today hosted a roundtable at the Albizu University Miami Campus with Florida education leaders, community officials and volunteer organizations to discuss the ongoing relief efforts for those who have been displaced by Hurricane Maria. Last month, Governor Scott urged Congress to pass a disaster relief funding package which includes critical funding to help Florida school districts educate displaced students from Puerto Rico.
